Metro Opera Tech, a pioneer in the Opera world, debuts





Metro Opera Tech is considered one of the newest and outstanding opera companies in NYC. Nov 3rd 7:30pm at G.W. Lynch Theater, 524 W 59th St, New York, NY 10019, It will present its First Season to the public. "An enchanting evening of Baroque brilliance"- in a world premiere performance.


Born in the heart of NYC in 2021 during the pandemic's darkest days, Metro Opera Tech amidst the most challenging days of the pandemic, Metro Opera Tech embodies the spirit of artistic fortitude. The mission of Metro Opera Tech's - The visionary founder of Metro Opera Tech, Oriada Islami her mission is simple:

Firstly, she is passionate and extremely committed to creating opportunities for emerging artists with a platform to perform alongside establish artists. By helping them to refine their craft and navigating the complex art world, they can pass on the torch of experience and nurturing the next generation of artistic talents. Secondly, she is dedicated to fostering an environment where all artists, regardless of their discipline, can thrive and find their true artistic potential (very few females in the history of the Opera world have been founder and impresario of Opera companies).


The superb qualities of top musicians and orchestra professors who are regularly active at the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, New York Philharmonic, NY State Symphony Orchestra, and other representative ensembles in New York have joined Metro Opera Tech. This unique fusion of outstanding musical backgrounds is a hallmark of the company.


With a combination of fervor and skill, the Metro Opera Tech Orchestra brings timeless classics to life by renowned composers such as Handel, Bach, Vivaldi, Purcell, and Rameau. Under the direction of Conductor Artistic Director Stefano Miceli, they will take you on an ethereal journey. Adding to the enchantment of the evening will be virtuoso:


Guitarist Petrit Çeku, a laureate of the esteemed Schadt String Competition, who will deliver a breathtaking performance featuring compositions by Vivaldi and Bach.


Countertenor Daniel Moody, celebrated for his interpretations of contemporary and baroque opera, and lauded for his "profoundly startling vocal resonance" (The New York Times) and "sweet and melancholy sound" (The Washington Post), will perform famous arias from Handel's opera Julio Cesare and Vivaldi's cantatas.


Soprano Danielle Walker, praised by Classical Voice America for her "sparkling technique and deity-defying dramatic force," will perform arias from Handel and Henry Purcell.


American Bass-Baritone Andrew Richardson, acclaimed for his "very beautiful, well-produced voice" and "potential in the dramatic repertoire" (Wagner Society of New York), will bring you arias from Handel's opera Orlando and Henry Purcell's opera King Arthur.


Soprano Chelsea Shepard, known for her "luscious voice" (Chicago Tribune), will grace the stage and perform the famous Handel aria Ombra Mai Fu and "Come invano il mare irato" from Vivaldi's opera CATONE in UTICA.


And the musical brilliance as Rameau's masterpiece "Forets paisibles", Les Indes Galantes, come to life in a spellbinding performance by this extraordinary cast of singers.
