My concern is that mutual cooperation is very limited. A return to the hay days of bilateral relations is unlikely in the near future.
Russia is running out of financial resources to support its war in Ukraine, and its defeat on the battlefield is inevitable. China has been making efforts to convince the world that it is returning to the world after the lockdowns. Nevertheless, we could only see doubts and wait-and-see mood.
China will convene its critical annual two-session meeting in March, which is for both the parliament and political advisory body. Let's see what major policies will roll out then. As well as my country, I wish the best for the entire world community.
